Hi, we’re Bill & Heather, the husband-and-wife team behind Epic Adventure Vacation Rentals!

 

We’ve always believed that travel should be more than just a getaway—it should be an experience. That’s why we’ve dedicated ourselves to creating unique, comfortable, and adventure-ready vacation homes where you can make lasting memories with the people you love.

 

For us, hosting isn’t just a job—it’s a passion. We love welcoming guests from all walks of life and helping them discover the joy of a well-planned, stress-free vacation. Whether you're soaking in a hot tub under the stars, exploring mountain trails, or relaxing by the beach, our goal is to make your stay feel effortless, personal, and unforgettable.

 

As parents, grandparents, and proud dog lovers (Fiona and Gizzy are part of our travel crew!), we know how important it is to have a space that feels like home. Bill and Heather were so accommodating. We were traveling with our 3 and 1 year old and I mentioned needing a baby gate for the stairwell. They went out and purchased one for our stay. They also had a clean pack and play and travel high chair. We found a cooler in the kitchen which was perfect for our day trip to the smoky mountains. The location was 15 minutes from PF, 30 from Gatlinburg and about 45 from Cades Cove in the mountains. The hot tub was our favorite part. My kids loved it. Easy to sign into Netflix so the kids had some other entertainment. My son loved the video games too! So much to do at the air b and b and surrounding area. Ohhh and the beds were comfortable too. Bonus that there was complimentary coffee. So may nice things to say.

Bill and Heather were helpful every step of the way. Their place was a 3 mile drive to a TON of things to do in the pigeon forge/ Sereville area. The place was quiet, cozy, and.. a very comfortable bed with pillows for all sleeping types. My girlfriend and I WILL book again in the future. Bill and Heather are the most responsive and helpful Airbnb hosts I have ever encountered. The house was great, neat, tidy, with a cozy Mountain View. Highly recommended! Can’t wait to stay here again!

The place is super cute!! Very clean, cozy and peaceful. The pool, hot tub and sauna are all 10 feet away. There is a nice work out area up stairs...game room...pool table...snacks...cornhole...area for grilling and firepit! #1106 is for a couple ..single person or couple with younger child. I came up alone and felt comfortable and safe. The area is amazing! Trust me if you are coming up here YOU MEAN too!! Hahaha there is no mistake. Kind of high winding roads but so worth it and I took my time. The next day I was over it and stopped for views along the drive down and up. I will definitely be back ...10/10!! ❤️❤️ Nothing. All was well! Very peaceful!!! Very relaxing!! Just what I needed !!

We had an amazing stay! Bill and Heather are excellent hosts. The instructions they provided were clear, communication was great, and they responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. The cabin was exactly as described and it has an incredible view of both the mountains and the city. We enjoyed all of the cabin amenities. The location was far enough from Gatlinburg to feel like a peaceful mountain getaway but still close enough to easily head into town to explore. We also really loved how close the cabin is to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We took advantage of that proximity by going on a couple of hikes during our stay. Overall, we had a truly wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
