That is the whole idea behind Epic Adventure Vacation Rentals. Eight homes across the Smokies, the Gulf Coast, the Blue Ridge, Bardstown and Indianapolis, each one properly stocked, properly cleaned and hosted by two people rather than a management company. Bring the dog. Bring the kids. Bring the whole tournament team if you need to.

Our homes are dog friendly. Only the Beech Mountain studio and Bardstown Ky cannot take pets, because the complex sets that rule, not us.

We are Bill and Heather and we have a love for travel and going on adventures. We live in the Midwest and love to experience great dining, food & drinks. Outside of work we enjoy adventures such as hiking, kayaking, and wineries in both the mountain and beach locations.
We run all the homes ourselves from Indianapolis. You message, you get one of us rather than a call center, and usually within minutes. Guests tell us it is the fastest they have ever heard back from a host, and we would like to keep it that way.
We are excited to share a few of our favorite places with you. We hope you enjoy your stay and experience all there is to love about these locations!
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is 10am. If you need a later check-out, message us before you arrive and we will do what we can around the cleaning schedule. We cannot always promise it in peak season, but we will always tell you straight away either way.
Free cancellation for 24 hours after booking. After that, the reservation is non-refundable.
At most of our homes, yes, and gladly. We have pets ourselves and consider them part of the family.
The exceptions are the Cozy Mountain Top Ski Studio at Beech Mountain and Bourbon, Beds & Bardstown at Bardstown, KY. The complex does not allow renters to bring dogs, so that rule is out of our hands. Every other home welcomes them.
Free parking is included at every home. At the Gatlinburg cabin you park at the door. At Coastal Calm in Bradenton there is room on site for several vehicles, which helps when a group arrives in convoy for a tournament weekend.
The Beech Mountain studio has parking a short walk from the villa within the Pinnacle Inn grounds.
Yes. The listing sites add their own fee on top of our rate. Book on this site and that fee goes back to you, which typically works out around 13% lower.
You do not have to take our word for it. Every property page shows a live comparison against Airbnb and Vrbo, including taxes and fees, before you commit to anything.
Self check-in at every home, with a private entrance and written instructions sent ahead of your arrival. No key handovers, no waiting around, no meeting anyone at a set time.
Linens, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, iron, washer and dryer, and a kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, a coffee maker and the basics you would otherwise buy on day one.
The family homes also have a travel crib and pack-n-play. If you are travelling with a baby and want to check what is there before you pack, message us and we will go through it with you.
