Grande maison tout confort, très bien équipée. Bill était très réactif par message. Piscine chauffée avec pleins de jeux pour les enfants, garage rempli de jeux pour adultes (billard etc) Accessoires de plage fournis Rien à prévoir pour la cuisine, il y a sel, poivre, huile, produit vaisselle etc Le lit de la chambre principale est immense, toutes les chambres sont bien grandes Place pour la voiture juste devant la maison, supermarché à 5 min en voiture rien

We loved this cabin! So nice, clean, and freshly up to date. The hosts clearly put time, effort, and thought into everything from the luxurious bathroom, to the starter kit, coffee set up, and local wine! Favorite things- sitting on the back patio and also on the couch reading with the mountain backdrop, relaxing by the indoor fireplace at night, sitting in the hot tub under the stars, and THE SHOWER!!! The kitchen was well stocked and very clean (a must for us). We come to Gatlinburg nearly every year and this cabin has been our favorite in all ways. Side note: we saw bears 7 different times in the area surrounding the cabin during our few days here. Including one bear trying to open our car (it was locked) and rattling the trash cans (also locked). A car at a neighboring cabin was broken into and the inside destroyed due to them leaving it unlocked (they found THREE bears inside). So please anyone else coming here, for your safety AND the bears, follow the rules and lock all doors :)

We had a wonderful time at Bill and Heather's cabin. The beauty of the starlit sky from the living room and balcony was incredible. I would definitely recommend this to any couple looking to get away and unplug.

Beautiful place in the woods - steep hills to get there but that’s expected in TN. Place was clean, quiet and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! There are a few changes on the horizon that I know will make it even better, but the house was absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful weekend. The character of the home and the history behind it was fun for everyone in my group. We had a lovely weekend on the Bourbon Trail and we all left wishing we had booked one more day together! Adding a shower upstairs will be a HUGE upgrade, and one that sounds like is coming soon! Meeting Pat on our last day before checking out was so nice. And the hot tub was enjoyed both nights. We loved everything about this house. There was so much to do there that I didn't even care if we went anywhere except to eat. There is so much entertainment right there. The pool was great and the way it lights up at night was beautiful. The game room was so much fun. This house is great if you have kids, teens or even adults that like to have fun. Everything you need is there and I was excited that they even provided beach chairs. The host was great to answer any questions I had. I would definitely rent this house again and would recommend it to anyone. We love this house! I forgot to get a picture of the pool lights at night. Honestly I cannot think of anything else this house needs. It was fantastic!

The clean mountain air & breeze while visiting Beech Mountain to get an idea of where to stay for future stays to hike & snow ski. There is a $99 cleaning fee to rent this property but it was not clean and items that should have been replaced had not been. For that cost per guest, these could be replaced multiple times! I read in a review on here from February 2025 where someone else commented on the nasty sofa and arm chair and the owner replied saying they would be addressed. Obviously had not. The bedding was stained and looked like it had been slept in without being stripped and washed before our visit. There was a bloodstain on the mattress cover, and filth under the mattress including an old bandaid. Not just one guest could cause that much filth, this is cumulative lack of cleaning. The white sofa and arm chairs are nasty stained. The lack of cleanliness was disgusting, so we spread out the complimentary bath robes on the bed and slept on top of those. This was supposed to be a rare weekend away from our kids for us as a couple and by the end of, it we decided we would have been better off to driven a daytrip and returned home to sleep in our own CLEAN home and bed. I messaged the owner immediately after our check-out to tell them our experience and he said they would be addressing it immediately, in fact that day, and doing a deep clean. I don’t believe it after seeing the same comment on the furniture 1 year ago. Better places to rent! No view from the room. The property grounds are very dated and in need of various repairs from rusted out non-working street lights in the parking lot. Instead of sending all needed information about the stay for amenities, check-in and check-out, the owner has multiple automated messages sent so it’s a hassle to scroll through to find what is needed. In the rental listing, the pool, sauna, and workout facilities were listed as amenities. After booking, I received the rental info that said all of those amenities had closed for the season on April 8th until late May. Update your rental listing to reflect these dates of closure year-round.
