This Airbnb exceeded all of my expectations. The home was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable it truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The host was absolutely amazing, providing clear communication and detailed instructions from start to finish, which made everything stress free and seamless. Our stay at this cabin was absolutely incredible and easily the highlight of our trip to the Smokies. The cabin is beautiful, modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every detail you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. You can tell the owners truly care about the guest experience. Bill and Heather’s cabin was perfect for our Smokies trip with two adults and two small kids. It was quiet and peaceful. The cabin was well appointed, clean, and comfortable with a cute back area with a fire pit. We didn’t use the hot tub but my kids loved the arcade games! Thank you for a special stay!

This spot was a little slice of heaven in the Appalachians. Sitting on that deck in the morning, sipping coffee while the sun rises over the hills through the trees - undefeated. Excellent service and support from Bill and Heather throughout as well.

Bill and Heather were so accommodating. We were traveling with our 3 and 1 year old and I mentioned needing a baby gate for the stairwell. They went out and purchased one for our stay. They also had a clean pack and play and travel high chair. We found a cooler in the kitchen which was perfect for our day trip to the smoky mountains. The location was 15 minutes from PF, 30 from Gatlinburg and about 45 from Cades Cove in the mountains. The hot tub was our favorite part. My kids loved it. Easy to sign into Netflix so the kids had some other entertainment. My son loved the video games too! So much to do at the air b and b and surrounding area. Ohhh and the beds were comfortable too. Bonus that there was complimentary coffee. So may nice things to say.

Bill and Heather were helpful every step of the way. Their place was a 3 mile drive to a TON of things to do in the pigeon forge/ Sereville area. The place was quiet, cozy, and.. a very comfortable bed with pillows for all sleeping types. My girlfriend and I WILL book again in the future. Bill and Heather are the most responsive and helpful Airbnb hosts I have ever encountered. The house was great, neat, tidy, with a cozy Mountain View. Highly recommended! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Bill and Heather were amazing host’s. Me and my boyfriend went for a little birthday getaway and it was an absolutely amazing trip. We arrived for a 3 day weekend and extended it 2 more nights safe to say it was hard to leave. We expected a big cold front and Bill and Heather communicated extremely well keeping us updated on the weather and prepared the cabin ahead of time for the weather. Overall I can’t complain we had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time staying here. When we arrived, the outside lights around the fire pit and backyard were almost all out. The kids were thrilled when they saw the pictures we had seen online of the place, and they were eager to turn on the lights as soon as we got there, but they were let down with only a few lights .Phil and Heather were unaware of the lights being out. They promised to fix them, but unfortunately, our stay was short. The leaves in the fire pit area and back porch were so thick that it was almost impossible to start a fire. If I had known, I would have brought my leaf blower. Overall, the place was beautiful, and the communication was great. I will definitely stay here again but become prepared.

The upstairs bed was very comfortable. The home was one of the cleanest places we've ever walked into! Loved and was surprised by the EV charger. The laundry facilities were handy, and we enjoyed some time in the hot tub.

We stayed at Hidden Mountain Hideaway for 5 nights and had a wonderful time! The cabin was absolutely beautiful with even better wooded views of the beautiful fall foliage. The cabin was just as described and pictured, plus we had everything we needed. I loved that Bill & Heather provided a pack-n-play and portable highchair which made traveling with my 10 month old so much easier. The hot tub, deck sitting area, and fire pit were 10/10. Bill & Heather sent arrival/departure info, local suggestions, and all instructions prior to arrival which made traveling to and staying at their cabin stress free! Gorgeous cabin in a peaceful setting; yet close to all the action in Pigeon Forge! Perfect for a mother-daughter getaway weekend. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and compact washer/dryer. We loved sitting on the deck and soaking in the hot tub. Super fast and convenient EV charger for our plug-in hybrid. All-in-all, a fabulous stay! Highly recommend!

The cabin is secluded, but close enough to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge that you don’t feel like you’re driving forever to get to town. Pictures are exactly how the cabin is in real life, quaint and just the right size. We had 6 adults staying and had plenty of room for everyone, however the two that slept on the sleeper sofa didn’t have as much privacy as they would have in a bedroom, but we made it work.

We had a great stay! We had a small cleaning issue upon arrival but Heather and Bill took care of it right away. This cabin is so cute and in a quiet location! Would definitely recommend to future guests!

Our family had a great time! The place was just as described/pictured. It was about 15 minutes from the Pigeon Forge strip. It is in the woods, and steep roads at times driving in/out. We even saw a bear walk out from behind the property! We brought our dog, which was great, but there was little grass around for him to do his business in.

This listing is the perfect little getaway! My Fiancée and I stayed for a long weekend away and it was perfect! Bill and heather keep a very clean and accommodating place. They keep it stocked with everything you’d need, not to mention how beautiful the place is. We enjoyed this cabin very much. It had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. It was modern but cozy which was perfect. needless to say we did not want to leave. The only issue we had (which was user error, no fault of the host) was we had a hard time getting the lock open when we first arrived but we messaged them and they responded within a minute to help us out. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was a beautiful space and extremely clean. Bill and heather were so responsive and flexible with us! It made everything SO easy! They had clear and concise instructions for everything during our stay, provided more things compared to other places we’ve stayed, and step by step directions so no need to worry about getting lost! My friends and I enjoyed our stay! It’s a lovely cabin in a peaceful area. Some of the neighbors were a bit noisy, so just be mindful that you are around other people. Besides that, I would definitely book again. It was very neat and clean inside with anything you needed for a weekend getaway. Heather and Bill were fantastic with communication and instructions were sent very clearly through the stay for check in, check out. They made it clear that they were there for us if needed. The house was wonderful, just big enough for who all we were accommodating. The outdoor area was beautiful. House was very clean aside from a dish we found to be sticky…but this could have easily been overlooked. We just washed it and moved on with our stay. We would 100% recommend this host to others.

Had a great weekend staying at Bill & Heather's place. It was a perfect location to get to many of the local attractions within 20-30 min. The cabin had everything we needed and was the perfect space for 2 couples. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay. Place was in a great/beautiful area. Just a little tip the downstairs tub is a bit slippery so enter with caution lol. No complaints from our family. Very spacious for 4 individuals and our teenage boys really enjoyed the arcade machines in the house.

What a lovely cabin tucked into the beautiful mountains. This is a wonderful place! The space was clean and we were very comfortable and cozy. It was about as close to perfect as we could imagine! The only unfortunate thing for us was that we only stayed one night and check-in is not until 4 PM, and check-out is 10AM. This may be standard for this area, but we are used to a 2 or 3 PM check-in and an 11 AM or 12PM check-out, so we felt rushed. It’s a great place, so we really wish we had had more time so we could have relaxed a bit more. The hours were clearly communicated, so that was not a surprise, just a slight disappointment. Would absolutely stay again.

I came here to visit my daughter and wanted the best of both worlds, which this stay was exactly that. This cabin was a beautiful hideaway nestled in the mountain. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin! The location was the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. Peaceful, yet close to all the fun attractions, restaurants, and shopping you could want. What truly stood out, though, was the host. They went above and beyond in every way, making sure I felt completely comfortable and taken care of, especially since I was traveling from out of state and dealing with some anxiety due to the weather. Their communication was exceptional, always responsive, kind, and reassuring. After I checked out, not realizing I had accidentally left something important at the cabin, the host reached out to me right away to make arrangements to return it. That kind of care and thoughtfulness just cements how great Bill and Heather are. This is an absolute must stay, 10/10! Thank you so much!

Loved it! Almost didn’t make it due to the snow storm that came in. Part of our group ended up in a ditch right down from the place. Had to borrow a shovel from the neighbor and then had to scrape the road and driveway so we could actually get up to the cabin. They were out of ice melt which was unfortunate but we powered through. Rocky start, but was a peaceful stay, other neighbors nearby but still felt quiet and secluded. Easy to check in and was super clean. Equipped with all the basic necessities; wish there was a little more toiletries because they graciously let us stay an extra night so we had to run out and get more, that’s on us, but great hotel sized starter pack. Bill and Heather were very responsive and accommodating prior to the weekend and throughout the stay! Only downfall was not having the ice melt when we needed and there no way for someone to get it to us but overall a wonderful and cozy stay with friends. Perfect winter weekend getaway with a homey vibe.

The memory foam beds were really comfy, so much so that we are looking to replace our beds back home with the same brand! We enjoyed sitting on the deck, drinking our coffee & catching glimpses of wildlife like black bear, & turkeys. We worked remote while staying & appreciated having the consistent fast wifi. The cabin has a lot of smart home features which makes it really convenient, like smart tv’s in both bedrooms & living room. The cabin is close to everything - you couldn’t ask for a better location! Last but not least, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the awesome hosts, Bill and Heather. They were incredibly quick to respond to any question, helpful & super kind. They provided a lot of helpful information both before & during our stay. They made our say extra special & made us feel right at home. Thank you both! If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much to Bill and Heather! My wife and I spent an entire week here and thoroughly enjoyed it! Check-in was a breeze and the whole time I don’t think we had a single issue. The space is very well furnished and very restful. Close enough to pigeon forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville to be able to do things, but certainly not in the middle of all the action. We loved it and if we ever come back to the area, we’ll probably be staying here.😊

We had a really nice stay at this cabin. One of the most underrated qualities I think about this cabin was the fact that you had large windows, views and openness to the outside, but the bedrooms are self contained, so if you (or your kids) don't want to wake with the sun, you can enjoy the expansive cabin views but still sleep in until you want to wake. we have stayed in other great cabins where this is not possible. Overall a really nice cabin and we enjoyed our stay. So many pillows! 😅 One thing to note, the approach to the cabin is pretty hilly/windy. In bad weather or if you are arriving for the first time in the dark, it could pose a challenge/make for an overly exciting drive. A vehicle with low ground clearance could struggle in spots.

Such an amazing house! While it was 30mina from aloe of the things we went to, at coming did it feel like 30min. It felt more like 30. House was very well stocked! We can’t wait to come back!

It was very quiet. Loved the wooded view. It was a change from the chalets and cabins we usually rent up on the mountains.

Clean newer cabin no issues at all. A bit pricey for size but does have hot tub, and kids loved the arcade games so I guess it was worth it. Just stayed 1 night for a quick last minute get away. Overall I'd stay again in the future.

We had a great stay at Bill and Heather's place. It was exactly what we were looking for on this trip - a nice quiet place just a short drive from town. The cabin lived up to the listing...quiet, clean, and convenient to the area. We were traveling with our dog who has epilepsy and can not handle fireworks. The place worked out great being just far enough away from town to minimize the holiday booms. This was among our best airbnb stays as Bill and Heather were great hosts - very communicative and responsive to anything that came up. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great cabin!!! We stayed at the cabin during a family wedding so we did not explore much. However, Bill and Heather provided us beforehand with locations of restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do. Besides the emailed lists and directions, they had manuals for everything in the house including labels! Light switches and all areas had labels. I have been in other rentals and struggled finding things or knowing what switch was for what. Here, it was easy. Fans were great. AC was great upstairs and down. Beds were super comfy. Once we became acclimated with the roads, it was easy to get around, and a good 4-wheel drive or higher-sitting vehicle is recommended. Bill and Heather’s driveway is easily accessible (unlike some that we saw or had to maneuver!). The patio is super comfy and great bird watching/listening (I was sad to not see a bear, though some of our relatives did, just up the road!). Everything is as described and they are super responsive.

I loved the view, the double baths were very nice. the kitchen was amazing. everything was very clean and very well stocked. the deck was very quite and area was extremely peaceful. Close enough to surrounding attractions and amenities without being in the thick of it! Will definitely be returning! thank you for the beautiful location to stay.

Wonderful stay here! Hosts were great and the place was excellent. Location was less than 20 mins from shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, and convenience stores for last minute items. The stay was perfect for my entire family of five.

Bill and Heather made my family and I first experience at an airbnb a fantastic one. The hospitality was a ten the entirety of our stay. The location was close enough to the fun, however it’s far enough to have privacy. Although, we saw a critter in the cabin, it was understandable due to the weather and location. Other than that it was a perfect getaway. So perfect that we decided to opt out our previous plans and to just enjoy the amenities that were provided at the cabin.

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip staying at Bill and Heather’s. We had more than enough room to sleep comfortably, and such a relaxing time being able to relax in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The kitchen was also fully equipped which made it so easy for us to be able to cook and share homemade meals together. Definitely a great place to stay for those looking to visit the Smokies without wanting to stay in the congested and highly touristy center of pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. Highly recommended!

It was a great little place to stay for a week, being able to drive down the mountain in 10 mins to major attractions is comfortable enough for privacy from everyone and close enough to not be a pain in the neck to drive. The beds were comfy, the water was hot, having a dish washer was incredibly helpful. The best part for me was definitely the hot tub and sitting around the fire pit. I had a fun time with my family and I’d definitely like to go back in the future.

The stay is conveniently located for an easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for sights and activities. A helpful FYI is getting to the stay requires going up some gnarly hills. So prepare accordingly if need be.

The cabin was perfect for a friends' weekend away. Beds were firm but comfy, tvs in each room, bathrooms were clean. Everything felt brand new! The only issue is the back porch wasn't covered and it rained. The hot tub is outside of course but not covered. Definitely would stay again!

This was the perfect getaway! The airbnb was so cozy and cute. I loved the Christmas decorations and the fireplace was a plus on those cold nights. It was definitely the cleanest airbnb I’ve been to and had an awesome kitchen if you want to save a little money and cook or just heat up leftovers. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and already recommended it to some of our friends 😊

Bill and Heather were amazing hosts! We were able to communicate clearly with them on our arrival time so we could check in right when we arrived. As we entered they had a few snacks for us and a sweet card that they left for us! Both rooms had king beds which was super nice. The place is perfect for 4-5 people. It is a bit smaller than we expected but we did not mind it at all! It was perfect for the four of us. The hot tub was so relaxing and situated perfectly right on the balcony! The outdoor lights were stunning. I loved the inside fireplace, it was super cozy!! We could not have picked a better place to stay. We even said next time we come up here we are just going to stay here every time! It felt like home. Also, a super easy drive to downtown!

This is a beautiful cabin and was the perfect place for a quiet getaway. GPS took us right to the address with no issues. Restaurants and attractions were a short drive away. It was also easily accessible by backroads so we could avoid some of the Jeep Invasion traffic our first night in town. Bill & Heather always responded quickly and sent friendly, straight-forward instructions for check-in and check-out. Highly recommend staying with them!

Our recent stay at this Airbnb Was an experience to remember. Over the Fourth of July weekend, we found ourselves nestled in a secluded corner of Tranquility Bay, shelter miles away from the noise and hustle of the city yet it was only a few miles away from all the attractions. The property itself was impeccable and incredibly clean. It was spotlessly maintained which was a great first impression as we walked through the door. The open concept, layout and natural light made the house feel incredibly inviting. The kitchen was one of the highlights of our stay. Not only was it spacious and modern, it was also well-stocked with a variety of cooking utensils, quality, cookware, and small appliances. We had everything we needed at our fingertips, which made cooking and dining, a joy rather than a chore.

This was a beautiful place. It was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the king size beds, large tvs, hot tub, and fire pit. The indoor electric fireplace was so cozy. We had everything we needed and the host was very helpful. Our suv does not have four wheel drive and we were able to make it up the roads just fine. I would think that may be different in winter weather. This is a beautiful place and very clean!

We had a great experience at the cabin! It’s conveniently located to Pigeon Forge attractions and on average took 10 minutes to get to what we were doing. Close yet secluded enough. Beds were very firm but comfortable. There is a little bit of an odd smell outside but was not a big deal at all. The only recommendation I would have is maybe adding extra towels in a closet or something such as. Overall great stay, it’s truly a beautiful cabin and I highly recommend!

Great time! Upstairs shower was leaking the entire trip. Smells like sewer outside. Although it's nothing that can't be fixed! But had a great time going to different places. It's a little difficult to get to but it's what to be expected when taking a trip to the mountains. Place was very clean and new. Very well decorated and the view is decent. Communication was amazing!

Our stay was wonderful ! Bill and Heather was great host and just a text away . They respond really quick and there home is beautiful the hot tub was great we stayed in it most of the time . We also really enjoyed the bar table by the windows was a great place to eat a home cooked breakfast meal and watch the trees . If your thinking about going to the area this is a great stay ! 10/10 recommend . Definitely plan on coming back !

We had a great time at Heather and Bill’s cabin. Location was really close to pigeon Forge and the national park. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and and the awesome views. Everything in the cabin is brand new and looked just like the the pictures. Absolutely loved the Sasquatch /Bigfoot out back by the fire pit. If we’re in the area, we will definitely stay here again, and letting our friends and family know about the great cabin.
